One of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had.
One of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. We test drove a truck, told the dealership we were buying it, and were assured that it was “first come, first served” and that we had the truck. While we were inside working on the deal and providing financing information: - Another customer was allowed to test drive the same truck and was then given priority. - Management first told us “whoever signs first gets it,” then acknowledged the other customer had not signed yet. - We were given several different explanations for why they were moved ahead of us, but never received a clear answer. - When I picked up the folder containing my personal and financial information after the deal fell apart, a manager grabbed the folder and forcefully pulled it from my hands. I contacted ownership immediately afterward and was told I would receive a management follow-up. That follow-up never came. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business here.

What a refreshing experience we had purchasing a used car from Koepp! Our salesperson Lavon, was friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and understood customer service! In fact, I would say the same for the entire sales team. You could tell by their interactions they like their job and each other. It was obvious this 4th generation family business has developed the culture that explains how they have managed to stay in business since 1923.
