Joe is amazing! My insurance just totaled my 2025 equinox I had for only a year! But we knew just where to go! My husband and I are repeat customers of Keopp Chevrolet because Joe is super friendly, considerate and not at all pushy. Other dealerships can be pushy and pressure people into a sale. Oil and filter change takes too long. Tech when they checked cabin filter didn't reinstall it properly and the little door that holds the filter in fell in the floor when I opened the glove box door fully due to the soft open cylinder not being properly secured. Felt like since they weren't doing the filter change they just threw it back together and didn't do it correct. The dealership had my vehicle over a month attempting to correct an applicable warranty concern for a 'service door lock' message on the DIC and an inop interior driver rear door handle. They misdiagnosed the vehicle as needing a BCM and then turned the vehicle to a no crank/no start condition. They then determined the issue was an unlocked ECM which had the factory calibration loaded into it.
