Positive professional polite They were very informative approachable and energetic. They made the whole car buying experience very comfortable for us 100%.

One of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. We test drove a truck, told the dealership we were buying it, and were assured that it was “first come, first served” and that we had the truck. While we were inside working on the deal and providing financing information: - Another customer was allowed to test drive the same truck and was then given priority. - Management first told us “whoever signs first gets it,” then acknowledged the other customer had not signed yet. - We were given several different explanations for why they were moved ahead of us, but never received a clear answer. - When I picked up the folder containing my personal and financial information after the deal fell apart, a manager grabbed the folder and forcefully pulled it from my hands. I contacted ownership immediately afterward and was told I would receive a management follow-up. That follow-up never came. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business here.

I had a scheduled appointment for maintenance, everything was done on time as usual. Waiting area was clean and inviting. Marty was professional and courteous. Good job Koepp Chevrolet!!

Amazing customer service. Joe was absolutely amazing! He understood what I was looking for and found several vehicles in my price range. He was spot on in his choices and I drove out with a marvelous Chevy Equinox. There was zero stress and Joe was there through every step answering questions and showing me the cars.
