I brought the truck in for a misfire. They fixed the problem, but didn't notify me regarding possibility of a loaner until I called about it. Said they'd call me back and didn't. Would recommend when they say they are going to call that they actually do it and not just say it.

I showed up early for oil and oil filter change appointment and it was just seemed like it took a lot longer than it should have. I was there over an hour and 20 minutes.. they seem to do a good job just had not planned on having it take over an hour when you show up to a scheduled time appointment. Other than that I feel like they did a good job. They gave me a run down on things that need to be addressed in the near future and I appreciate the heads up

I recently had my truck serviced at Kep Chevrolet for struts replacement, air compressor servicing, and an oil change. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My truck was in the shop for a month and seven days, and there was a significant lack of communication throughout the process. I was not offered a rental car, which led to a loss of income for my business after about three weeks of the delay. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the service I received.

Your customer waiting room was very sad looking. There was a tv but was not on? The only thing that was available was water, no snacks not even a vending machine, boring. The service was good. I’m bummed that no car washes are done anymore. A car wash and topping off fluids should be a thank you for bringing your car to us 😀
